Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally disbursed ₹20,500 crore through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) during his visit to Varanasi, where he also launched and inaugurated development projects worth over ₹2,200 crore spanning infrastructure, education, healthcare, tourism, and cultural heritage.

About the PM-Kisan Yojana
The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) is a Central Sector Scheme funded entirely by the Government of India.
Eligible farmers receive ₹6,000 per year in three equal installments of ₹2,000 every four months. The money is transferred directly to their Aadhaar-linked bank accounts to support agricultural expenses and boost rural income security.
Since its inception, nearly ₹3.90 lakh crore has been distributed to farmers across the nation.
How to Check PM-Kisan Beneficiary Status Online

Go to the “Farmers Corner” section.
Click on “Beneficiary Status”.
Enter your Aadhaar number or bank account number.

How to View the PM-Kisan Beneficiary List (Village-Wise)
You can also check the full list of beneficiaries in your village or district:
Go to the official PM-Kisan portal.
Under “Farmers Corner”, select “Beneficiary List”.
Fill in the required details:

The list will display names of all eligible farmers, along with their father’s name, village, and installment status.
